This course re-engaged us in our leadership philosophy, originally developed in the Foundations course. How did it change? Evolve? How did it stay the same?

It challenged us to practice our methods and philosophy in a Leadership project. This made me consider the time and energy that it takes to do something well. The patience, persistence and drive it takes to consider all angles and piece together a whole. When we think creatively and thoughtfully, when we are demanded to put full attention to something - how much better do we do?

Lastly, a reflection on our courses. This included course overviews, review of competencies and evidence that the methods, materials, and artifacts were digested, harmonized and integrated. All through the medium of building a website. I enjoyed the challenge of building a website, I enjoy design and creativity, but this took it to a new level of understanding my strengths and gaps of developing something that is ever-changing. I absolutely change something every time I'm on the site. What a privilege to relish the adaptation. What a joy to wander and not be lost.
