Courses
Please explore the courses I enjoyed during my Organizational Leadership studies. You'll find a brief description of course competencies and can get an in-depth view of the course by clicking on the button.

Foundations
Foundations developed a language around leadership: What do I, or don't I, want as a leader? This course invites us to self-reflect on what leadership requires of us and how those reflections continue to shape our journey. This exploration encouraged an understanding of acceptance/resistance, collaboration, decision-making, and actualization.

Imagine, Create, Lead
Here we explored the importance and value of sharing and listening. This course inspired my value of a Listening Community. It encourages creativity and self-expression what they can bring to situations.
Holistic leaders engage the head, heart and hand when leading. This course has us reflect on a particular journey, it's obstacles and outcomes through metanoia.

Organizational Theory & Behavior
Organizations are complex, full of group and individual dynamics, and contrasting interests. Through active case studies, practice and 'meaning-making,' the intricacies of dialogue, learn the leader's role in a team as well as team functionality.

Communication & Ethics
Through studying ethical principles, we develop a deeper understanding of our personal ethics; building our resilience to stick to our values and engage with our purpose during times of challenge.

Servant Leadership
This course explores the historical context of Servant Leadership and asks us to clarify our relation to its characteristics. Through reflective papers and servant-leader interviews and developing a servant leadership philosophy we explore its presence in our lives.

Diversity & Leadership
This course explores race, gender and inequities present in our daily lives. It creates awareness around language, impact and the importance of perspective in dialogue. We apply intercultural communication practices and analyze issues in social groups and organizations. This course builds competencies in equitable communication.

Negotiation & Conflict Resolution
Conflict is all around us. This course helps us gather tools to use in conflict: dialogue, decision-making, system and conflict transformation. Through an in-depth case-study we analyzed conflict cause and effect and highlighted transformation potential.

Leadership & Human Potential
Discover your ability to make change possible. This class provides resources and processes for managing change. It challenges students to reflect on how different approaches may or may not fit particular organizational situations.

Relational Dynamics & Organizational Development
This course focuses on theory and practice of leadership tools for organizational change. Generated from a human centric approach, we developed a resource library, and built a sustainable Change Agent Strategy. To me, this course synthesizes a holistic mindset and ascribes meaning to the part/whole.

Leadership Seminar
The culminating seminar is a chance to pull pieces together. It gives time to go over and reflect on major takeaways that inform the leadership philosophy and project.
these courses have allowed me to explore parts of my potential. potential that is tappable, palpable, and present.
