leadership and human potential

This course focused on three developmental techniques for organizational change. Students reflected critically in papers and developed a video presenting organizational change.

This was particularly inspiring for me, a person who loves tools and see practices put into action.

This course challenges our existing beliefs about 'the way we do things' and encourages us to think of creative applications.

Please find quotations reflective of the practices we explored, a brief description of the techniques, a link to a reflective paper and the video presentation The Golden Thread.

Here's a brief video presentation that pitches the value, strengths and approaches to Appreciative Inquiry to organizations.

This presentation challenged me to engage in courage, clarify language and embrace my own role in organizational change.
