Creating a learning organization involves systems thinking. This means creating an environment where new patterns are welcomed and embraced. Like:

 

A shared vision keeps people invested, eager and excited. It involves being in touch with one's own learning agenda and the organization's responsibility to that personal growth. These interconnected parts of a whole help organizations develop new patterns that shape new outcomes.

I've learned through the course of this program that I have a knack for analyzing gaps and seeing room for improvement. My intention is to act as a steward to the process rather than as a control. Relinquishing ownership keeps me actively engaged and excited for change.
